Referral Criteria

Appropriate Referrals

We accept:

  • Adults 18+ in recovery from substance use disorders
  • Post-detox individuals ready for structured housing
  • PHP or IOP step-down requiring stable living environment
  • Individuals transitioning from residential treatment
  • Clients needing accountability and peer support structure

We cannot accommodate:

  • Individuals in active psychosis or severe untreated mental health crisis
  • Clients requiring medical detox or 24/7 nursing care
  • Individuals with a documented pattern of violence in housing settings
  • Clients requiring locked or secured facility-level care
